Fulfillment Policy

Welcome to Paulabcoaching, LLC. We strive to deliver high-quality coaching services and digital products to our clients. Please review our fulfillment policy, which outlines our procedures for service delivery, digital product access, and customer support.
1. Service Delivery
Coaching Sessions:
- All coaching sessions are delivered virtually via Zoom, phone, or another agreed-upon platform.
- Sessions will be scheduled based on mutual availability. Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time.
- Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without prior notice may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Custom Coaching Packages:
- Customized coaching packages will be outlined in a separate agreement detailing the services provided, timelines, and specific deliverables.
- Clients will receive regular updates and access to resources as outlined in the package agreement.
2. Digital Products
Access to Digital Content:
- Upon successful purchase, clients will receive immediate access to digital products (e.g., eBooks, video courses, workbooks) through a download link or client portal.
- Access details will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Content Availability:
- Digital products are typically available for download for a limited time (e.g., 30 days). Clients are encouraged to download and securely store the product within this period.
- If clients experience any issues accessing digital content, they should contact us promptly at Info @Paulabcoaching.com for assistance.
3. Payment and Billing
Payment Methods:
- We accept payments via major credit cards, PayPal, Stripe and other secure payment methods as listed on our website.
- Payment for coaching services must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Billing Schedule:
- For subscription-based services, billing will occur on a recurring basis as agreed upon during the purchase. Clients will be notified of upcoming payments.
4. Refund Policy
Coaching Services:
- Due to the nature of coaching services, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for completed sessions or partially completed packages.
- If a client is dissatisfied with the service, they should contact us within 5 days of the session to discuss their concerns. We are committed to addressing any issues to ensure client satisfaction.
Digital Products:
- Refunds for digital products will only be considered if the product is found to be defective or if there was a significant error in the product description.
- Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of purchase and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
